Overview and Objective

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is an integral part of business. Alignment of business goals and contracts is critical to avoid disputes, many of which relate to interpretation of contract terms. It is imperative that contracting parties are clear about the terms and conditions that form part of their contract.

With this background, MCCIA has designed a 3-day comprehensive programme that will acquaint participants with important principles of contract law, and the purpose and effect of standard terms in contracts. The insights acquired during the programme will guide participants while they negotiate and make contracts.
