Corporate Legislation

Objective:

The Corporate Legislation Committee is one of the core Committees of the Chamber.

The Corporate Legislation Committee’s prime function is to study, analyze and interpret Corporate as well as Commercial Laws to make them transparent, easy to comply with and to have in the interest of trade, commerce and industry. With this end in view, it arranges programmes, seminars, workshops on those topics / issues concerning different sections of the society representing corporates, investors, professionals, students, experts, etc. The Committee meets regularly on monthly basis to take note of recent developments/amendments under various laws and consider educating/enlightening people in respect thereof for better Understanding/application / implementation.
