On topical issues like Fringe Benefit Tax:  Week or fortnight duration part time courses on Income tax, TDS / TCS.  We also organize management development programmes for a company / group for their executives.

Representations, memoranda

Issues of concern of industry are represented to the appropriate Government agency, for procedural as well as conceptual matters.  Every year we submit the Pre-budget memorandum, which is taken note at the ministry level and some of our recommendations have been accepted.

A mailer in electronic format giving the tax updates, major case law, important links and much more is sent to members and others thro’ email.  The service is free of cost at present.
