The Foreign Trade Regulations Committee (FTRC) has been working with the concerned Government authorities to provide a hassle free regulatory framework to the importers and exporters while meeting the Government’s objectives.
FTRC organizes interactive sessions with officials from Ministry of Commerce and Finance and their regional /local officials such as Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Commissionerate of Customs etc.
FTRC has been conducting Certificate Course in International Trade for the last twenty six years. It also organizes workshops and Training Programmes about Regulatory Framework, Logistics, Finance, Foreign Exchange etc.
It send representation about broad level issues relating to infrastructure, tariff, foreign trade policy, procedural simplification at the appropriate level .
FTRC also advises existing and potential exporters and importers about the regulations affecting imports and exports as well as foreign investments in India and Indian investments abroad.
FTRC has a representation at the Public Grievance and Regional Advisory Committees of Customs Commissionerate, Pune.
