Considering the ample business scope for these Health Food products, MCCIA will be organizing a Seminar on ‘Opportunities in Health Food Products and Preparing a Project Profile’ mainly for Micro; Tiny & Small scale Food Processing Operators. Some of the above mentioned promising Health Food Products and how to prepare a business profile would be covered in the session. Medium of instruction will be English & Marathi. Speaker: Mrs. Lalita Bora is a Certified Food Technologist from CFTRI, Mysore. She is the Founder President of HEART Agro-Tech. Institute, Pune and organizes Entrepreneurship Development Training Programmes in Food Processing. She also extents hand holding support to unemployed youths to start their Food Processing Units.
