Theme : One of the top concerns industry is facing today is lack of problem solving skills. Basic quality tools are statistical analysis tools, which empower the problem solving team for analysing the collected data.These tools are also used for process improvement. They are used to solve many different types of problems, not just quality problems. It is important to understand the purpose of each of these tools and how to interpret the information. Training course covers practical usage of each of the quality tool.

In today's competitive world, there is a need to continually improve.To carry out any improvement, we need to collect data and analyse.This approach is essential in structured problem solving methodology also.Therefore it is necessary to impart the relevant skills to all those involved in / responsible for such activities.

Methodology :


The training will be an Interactive Classroom session consists of theory with Power Point Presentation. Coupled with exercises which will enhance participant’s understanding of the subject.

Mr. Satish Inamdar is an alumnus of COEP. By qualification he is BE (Mechanical), Diploma In Business Management and Lead auditor in QMS & EMS.  He  is ex Tata Motors senior executive having experience of 35 years in Vendor Development, Materials Management and Supplier Quality Improvement. He has conducted many training programmes in various Quality related topics and is consulting many engineering companies in their Quality Improvement and cost reduction activities.
