INTRODUCTION : In this era for specializations, individuals and teams often tend to work in silos and one of the challenges that organizations face today is to make employees understand that they are part of a larger organization and their own success depends on the success of the collective teams. As employees (in own isolation) fail to see the end-to-end value chain and their role in it, the problem manifests itself in the form of incomplete inter-team communication and insensitivity, or lack of awareness towards others’ challenges, leading to avoidable conflicts.
