INTRODUCTION & OBJECTIVE behind this program :
Discipline at workplace is imperative in any organization.  It leads to good work culture and a pleasant environment and a conducive work atmosphere for all. Yet the daily work pressures and external factors take a toll on all human beings resulting in some misconduct or disorderly behavior within the organization during working hours.
Every industrial organization is a group of people having different cultural, educational, financial background, at the same time they have a common goal i.e. organization prosperity along with individual growth. If everybody discharges his duties and responsibilities diligently and honestly, then the organization will function smoothly and achieve the goal.

But, nowadays we come across many incidences of indiscipline, leading to collective disputes at the workplace.  Sometimes in some organizations, their very existence of the organizations also is at stake due to rampant indiscipline.  Therefore there is a need and necessity to address these issues at the right time and in the right manner.

Since, this subject is very sensitive in nature, particularly from balancing the legal framework and simultaneously maintaining the employee relations, everyone concerned with this subject, must be familiar with the basic legal framework of the term discipline, disciplinary actions & its procedural parts, so that they do not commit any mistake which will cost heavily to the organization in future.
