  • Have 19+ years of diverse experience across IT, Capital Markets, Training and Coaching
  • Had been an excellent Project Manager in field of Software Testing and worked with MNCs like Capgemini, Kanbay and Oracle Financial Services
  • Post Graduate in Commerce and possess Post Graduation qualification in Information Technology and is member of MCCIA
  • Passion for Training, Coaching and making difference to people around, made her switch to Training and Coaching as full-time profession
  • Have been visiting faculty to Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth and Apex Careers. Associated with Garware College as visiting faculty for Mass Communication and Beauty and Wellness streams . Associated with MIT-SOB, MIT-SOM and MITCON as guest speaker.
  • Had worked long term in USA and worked with UK customers in extremely challenging environment with high degree of mission success and critical deadlines.
